Sarah will be 10!

Here's a quick page to commemorate the event.

Here we are at the brink of another year. School is coming up August 17th. I am always so shocked at how the summer flies by. We are attempting to get all 3 girls out to Holloman schools this year. They love parent involvement and the principal seems to like kids! The school year seems to mark how the girls are growing. Rachel is now a middle schooler. She is so excited. She's in ap engligh, choir and she's going into 7th grade math. We will attempt to go to LasCruces in about a week for some back to school clothes. Clothes shopping is at times a chore, but the overall experience is pretty fun. Have a great weekend!

Sundays Are Crazy!

We had great participation! The Energy from these kids could have powered Alamogordo for a month.
Mr. Frank gets really excited.Mrs. Julie gets really worn out!

We usually have busy Sundays but today was Graduation! We had a party. Tons of fun! The Last of the Lunas graduated out. Sad to see them go. We had a bunch of old graduates come in to help serve and join in the festivities. Frank and I really love working with the kids.

A walk in the park

We walked down to the library today and made mini scrap books! We had lunch with the Luna Kids and took pictures by the pretty flowers. We also got to see a demonstration put on by the Albuquerque Zoo about different animals. It was a packed and very fun day! I had a hard time figuring out which pics to post. I think more will follow on a scrap page.

June 9th

I didn't post anything for June 9th. My grand plan was to make a little post in my blog every day. Monday was very hectic! Frank went to the men's rally in ElPaso. He took a video for me! I will try to upload it when he gets home. He said that I was making a blog for Anne! All the guys on the van started making a big raucous! Maybe it should re-title this Anne's blog? he he. Well, there is my entry for the 9th, but there will be more to come!

EG

We have a monthly rotation with the girls. The Errand Girl, or EG, is the one who gets to buy gas, clear and set the table, help prep meals, ride in front when one of the parents is absent, push the cart at Wallies, select the type of cereals we eat and many other neat things. This mom a lot because anytime a situation arises when someone needs to get chosen I just pick the EG. She also gets served last as she's serving others. It's working out beautifully and we've been doing this for about 8 months! There's a peek into how we organize some of our lives, now if I could only be so consistent with the rest of my life!
